A space for you as coach.
A space to reflect on how you show up, and to grow as a coach.
How we might work together ↓Coaching SuperVision turns the attention that you usually give to others back towards yourself and your coaching. Together, we explore how you show up with your clients and where you place your awareness, we seek clarity in ethical complexity, and work towards seeing into blind spots.
It’s called SuperVision for a reason.
While coaching is very much about presence, coach training tends to focus on “doing.” In SuperVision we explore more of the “being.” We explore what your clients might need from you. How your own past and context might show up in your coaching. Where your limits and growing edges are, and how these affect your coaching.
This calls for honesty about yourself, and some courage. It’s how we grow as coaches, and how we show up better for the people we work with. As your supervisor, Richard supports this work with kindness, curiosity, and a rhythm that feels good.

Drop-in Group SuperVision
Richard convenes a small group every few months for SuperVision. A good way to get a feel for how Richard works, top up your own reflective practice, or simply reflect in good company. Just sign up and show up.

An ongoing relationship, built over months or years, makes it possible to hold themes across many sessions and gives your practice somewhere steady to keep developing. This can be 1:1 work, and from time to time, when several coaches want this kind of depth together, Richard configures groups for sustained SuperVision work in community. This is personal work, so let’s talk it through.
Talk It ThroughBuild the habit of reflection
SuperVision is built on the coach’s capacity for reflection, which benefits from regular practice like journaling. Here is an email series that can help you keep working those reflective muscles before and between sessions.
