Quarterly Group Supervision
Reflection in community for practising coaches
These sessions are for you if you:
Have completed formal coach training and subscribe to a professional code of ethics.
Are actively working with coaching clients.
Are curious about how you show up in your coaching, not only what you do.
Are willing to bring real work and engage in thoughtful, respectful reflection with peers.
You do not need previous experience of coaching supervision.
Each session is limited to a small group so that there is space for everyone’s voice.
At the start of the call, we’ll agree how we want to work together, including confidentiality and how we support one another.
Each coach is invited to share a brief outline of a recent coaching session or relationship. As a group, we choose one or two to explore in more depth, paying attention to what is happening in the relationship, in you as coach, and in the wider system.
The focus is reflective rather than evaluative – we are not assessing your coaching, but opening up your awareness and choices.
Coaches often come away with:
Fresh perspectives on a client or coaching relationship that had felt stuck or cloudy.
Greater clarity around ethical questions and boundaries.
More awareness of their own patterns, triggers and resources as a coach.
A renewed sense of connection to the craft of coaching, and to other people doing this work.
You are welcome whether the session you bring felt challenging, energising, or simply unfinished in some way.
"I'm not sure if I'm the right fit for this client anymore, and they want to renew"
"I came away feeling like I got caught in problem-solving mode"
"It's been hard to be present with my client while dealing with a challenging personal issue"
"I know I can hold deep and powerful, but keep choosing the safe and superficial route with my clients"
"I'm getting frustrated with my client's lack of motivation - it seems like I'm doing all the running"
“Supervision has transformed my coaching and helped me grow in ways I didn’t realise I needed… My confidence has grown as a coach and I am also much more attuned to who I am here to serve and how.”
“I’m getting so much value on many levels from this group.”
“Richard’s style is supportive, curious and packed with profound insights. I am forever grateful for the space he creates in the supervision sessions.”
